What we hold

Your name, work email address, company name and number, the settings you choose, when and how you accepted the licence terms (including your IP address and browser), and a log of what we have sent you.

Why

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to keep the records our own data licence requires and to prevent misuse of the data (legitimate interests). We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

How long

For as long as you use the service and 12 months after, which is how long our data licence requires us to keep records of who received the data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, object to our use of them, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
